ClearCyprus is an independent site about moving to Cyprus. We publish the tax, cost and process numbers currently in force, we sell nothing, and we are not advisers. When a reader wants professional help, they ask us and we point them at a licensed firm. That is the whole business.
We would rather send that work to a handful of firms we can stand behind than to whoever bought the ad slot. If that might be you, read the honest version below and get in touch.
What you would actually be getting
The people who fill in our form have usually read two or three guides, run their own numbers through our calculator, and know roughly what a Cyprus company costs to run before they ever contact anyone. They tend to arrive with a country, an income shape, and a timeline rather than a vague curiosity.
They come from the corridors we write for: the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, South Africa, and a dozen more. Most are company owners or high earners weighing non-dom status; some are families working through schools, healthcare and residency; some are already here and need something specific handled.
How the arrangement works

What we ask of you
- Be licensed, and be able to show it. ICPAC, the Cyprus Bar Association, the relevant regulator for what you do. We will ask for the registration number and we will check it.
- Give us honest fee ranges. We tell readers what your work typically costs before they speak to you. That is the single most valuable thing on this site and it only works if the ranges are real.
- Reply to people. We introduce, you respond. A firm that goes quiet on our readers stops receiving them.
- Tell us what you do not do. Knowing where you are not the right firm is as useful to us as knowing where you are.
What we will not do
We will not write about your firm as though it were editorial, publish reviews we did not receive, or let a fee change what a guide says. The site's only asset is that readers believe the numbers, and we are not trading that for a referral. We also do not offer property services of any kind and do not take estate agency introductions.
