The calculator and all figures are estimates
The tax calculator uses simplified, headline rates and deliberately ignores allowances, regional variations, treaty positions, social security, exit taxes and personal circumstances. Its output is a rough scale check, not a computation you can rely on. All figures on this site are indicative only, and where we describe other countries' tax rules we do so as non-experts summarising publicly available information.
Property and real estate
We are not estate agents. ClearCyprus is not a registered or licensed real estate agent in Cyprus or anywhere else, and we do not carry out estate agency work of any kind. We do not list, offer, market, view, value, negotiate or broker property, we hold no client money, and we take no part in any property transaction. We do not offer any property-finding or accommodation service. Where property comes up on this site it is general information only. If you need an agent, engage an independent, licensed Cyprus estate agent directly and verify their registration with the Registration Council of Real Estate Agents yourself.
Referral disclosure
When we introduce you to a service provider, that provider may pay us a referral fee if you become their client. You never pay us anything. We are not responsible for the services, advice, pricing or conduct of any third-party provider we introduce; your engagement is with them directly and you should carry out your own due diligence.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearCyprus and its operators accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind — including financial loss, tax penalties, missed deadlines or immigration consequences — arising directly or indirectly from the use of, or reliance on, anything published on this site or in materials downloaded from it.
